Hello, I'm Isabel, and I'm so pleased you've found your way here.
For over 20 years, I've been exploring and practising metaphysical and spiritual healing, a journey that has become a deeply meaningful part of my life.
As a Reiki and Seichim Master, my approach is grounded in compassion, intention and a genuine appreciation for the connection between our human experiences and our spiritual lives.
I believe there is something beautiful about embracing both — honouring our very human emotions, experiences and imperfections while remaining open to the mystery, wonder and spirituality of life.
Even after two decades, I consider myself a lifelong student. I'm continually learning, growing and discovering new perspectives through my own experiences and the people I have the privilege of meeting along the way.
Stillness & Soul is my little sanctuary, created to offer distance Reiki and Seichim sessions with warmth, care and intention.
My hope is to provide a gentle space where you can pause, turn inward and make a little room for stillness in your day, wherever you may be.

Reiki and Seichim are beautiful, complementary energy-healing practices rooted in ancient spiritual traditions, working with the intention of encouraging peace, harmony and connection.
Each session is lovingly offered from a distance, allowing you to enjoy the experience in the comfort of your own space, wherever you may be.
Before your session, you're invited to share your name and a personal intention, whether that's finding inner peace through life’s challenges, nurturing self-love, emotional balance or simply welcoming a little stillness and healing into your life. I am here to support you on your journey, whatever that may look like.
During your healing experience, I will create a peaceful, sacred space and begin my Reiki and Seichim practice, focusing on your intention with care, compassion and mindfulness.
There is no need for a video call or telephone appointment and there is nothing special you need to do to prepare. You're welcome to rest, meditate or simply continue with your day.
My intention is to offer you a gentle spiritual experience, with no expectations, no pressure and nothing you need to become other than yourself.

A Chi Ball is a spiritual energy practice in which a sphere of energy is visualised and infused with focused intention. Within energy-healing traditions, Chi Balls are believed to hold and carry these intentions, offering a symbolic connection to peace, harmony and spiritual wellbeing.
At Stillness & Soul, each Chi Ball is lovingly created through my personal Reiki and Seichim practice, with mindfulness, compassion and intention.

I will create your Chi Ball privately, incorporating meditation, visualisation and my Reiki and Seichim techniques.
